"Sinfonia Brevis" was composed by Devon Yasamune Toyotomi, a student in the 2012/2013 Composition Program. The piece was performed by The Declassified, an ensemble selected by Carnegie Hall Academy as part of the Orchestration Reading Session held on March 9, 2013.
